Small commercial dishwashers
A small commercial dishwasher is the right compromise that can satisfy most of the operators of food and drink world. Between major industrial dishwashers and common domestic machines there’s a whole range of solutions that well suit very different needs: from a small bar or to an exhibition stand at a trade show, where the need is to wash a few dishes but doing it well and quickly: small professional dishwashers with a small footprint and sustainable consumption work also with common electrical systems and represent the optimal compromise.
The differences between a professional and a small commercial dishwasher are easy to list: the first are also equipped for washing and rinsing top and bottom. The impellers for washing are made of stainless steel and are separated from those for rinsing and are also provided with the "rinse now" function.
Reduced size and costs, if compared to which of an industrial dishwasher, do not involve that the small commercial dishwasher is less technologically evolved: higher commands, rinse aid dispenser, the function of stopping the wash cycle when the door is open and a door opening perfectly and progressively are essential optionals.
All components of a small commercial dishwasher are of high technical quality: even the suction filter pump is stainless steel and the loading and unloading pipes are already installed to ensure the best quality of materials. But it’s in performance that a small commercial dishwasher marks the difference compared to domestic ones. This device, such as the hood type dishwashers, is able to wash up to 720 dishes per hour, or to complete 40 racks per hour washing perfectly glasses and cutlery in just 60 minutes.
This efficiency is unlikely to be reached by other devices of compact size, and makes a small commercial dishwasher an essential equipment in an exhibition stand at a trade show or in the counter of a bar which also serves snacks or quick meals.
