Every pub, bar or corner need a dishwashers, it’s a matter of hygiene even before than of work facilitation even though the convenience of a dishwasher is indisputable. So the choice of the dishwasher has almost the same importance of choosing the furniture. Anyway there’s nothing to fear about: there’s for sure the dishwasher that suits your needs, and if your space is small, focus on under-counter commercial dishwashers.
In fact if you have a small enterprise which requires minimal washings per hour, the under-counter commercial dishwasher is what you need to be at the top for cleanness, hygiene and, more importantly, to be cost effective. This kind of dishwasher is, in some way, similar to the ones we have in our house and despite the fact of being called “under-counter” they are completely independent and can be placed wherever we think they fit perfectly with our needs. The under-counter commercial dishwashers usually holds one 20x20 standard dishwasher rack at a time and has to be loaded and unloaded by hand: obviously the fact of being so small implicates that has not all the electronics functions which bigger machines has.
Under-counter commercial dishwashing machines (like others machines) can be found in both high temperature cleaning with natural sanitizing systems or low temperature cleaning but with chemical sanitizing systems. The majority under-counter commercial dishwashers are capable of washing between 20 and 35 racks per hour (but some models are capable to reach even 40 racks per hour) so that are perfect if we have a small restaurant or a little space with no more than four or five tables but with a constant stream of costumers.
This is why, when we decide to open a small commercial activity, we must seriously evaluate the chance of acquiring an undercounter commercial dishwasher: it works perfectly, just like a bigger machine, and costs less…
