Conveyor dishwashers are among the most functional appliances because they provide great relief for operators, who don’t have to strain to enter objects in the racks and have to move just to put the plates on the appropriate shelves.
But conveyor dishwashers even guarantees optimization of resources: there’s no need to employ many attendants to move a large amount of crockery in large restaurants and industrial refectory, exploiting at best the conveyor belt to get every dish close to its place.
Of course, this also gives assurance of hygiene: few hands will touch the washed plates and above all they will have to do the minimum effort to place them on the shelves. There are four programs cycles which can be activated: pre-wash, washing, rinsing and drying. Close to the entrance of the washing machine there is a surface with flexible shower to rinse manually too encrusted dishes and clean the surfaces where the plates are placed to be flushed from food residue or waiting to be placed in the rack.
Among others, rack conveyor dishwashers, despite of what can be thought, are also good for cleaning glasses. Specified racks for glasses are usually sold, two racks for dishes and a rack for cutlery. The equipment has been studied on the average use of dishes but of course it’s possible to order any number of different racks, depending on the use that will be made of racks in conveyor dishwasher.
This is a machine that is becoming more and more indispensable in restaurants of excellence.
