Our advice

Double skinned: what does it mean?
Only high standard industrial dishwashers offer double-skinned
construction. The internal tank is where the wash and rinse process
actually take place, but it is not in direct contact with the outer
environment as it is positioned inside a 'hull' and closed by panels
from all sides.
The advantages of this solution are multiple:
-
noise insulation
-
heat insulation
-
protection of the ajacent furniture
-
energy saving.
While the first two aspects may sound pretty obvious, more should be
said about the other two.
Appliances with double-skinned construction radiate less heat from the
external surfaces when compared to those with single-skinned panels
(during the rinse phase the temperature can reach more than 80°C !);
unfortunately, heat tends to ruin the adjacent furniture (laminate
melts, surfaces may change color, etc); so, you better keep it under
control!
Double-skinned construction limits the heat loss (the water
cools down less quickly). This feature allows a less intense use of the
heating elements with a result of reduced energy consumption.
The
environment and your wallet are grateful !

How to place

To fill the basket in a tidy way, without placing the dishes on top of each other, will enhance the effectivness of the washing process.
The best solution which will guarantee a perfect internal washing is to place the high and thin objects in the center of the basket.

Advantages of
the washing line
A washing system which is complete with the service tables guarantees the maximum production performance. Two operators working together at the start and the end of the washing line can reach a very high level of productivity, assuring a very quick payback on Your investment.

Do I need
drain pump?
Professional dishwashers are normally gravity drain.
If the drain outlet
of your appliance is high or positioned far from the installation
point, the drain pump will help drain water properly. Moreover, the
drain pump will allow a full bleed of the wash tank of your appliance
once the work session is over, simply by pressing one single button.
Attention! The waste outlet hose should be adapted to the distance
between the appliance and the drain point at the wall, allowing the possibility of taking the
appliance out from its place.
